I had a delightful stay at Treebo, where the hospitality truly stood out. the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making my experience quite pleasant. the hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from popular attractions like New Market and Park Street. I particularly enjoyed the spacious rooms and the buffet breakfast, which catered to a variety of tastes. the ambiance was lovely, with calming music in the lobby creating a welcoming atmosphere.

The location is convenient, close to major attractions.

The staff was unhelpful, and our room had stained sheets. WiFi was terrible, making our stay frustrating.

Absolutely great and lovely accommodation with particularly good setting short walk to the nearest attraction as well as Kolkata. Such a very good service. Easy parking on site. Excellent experience, superb base for shopping.

Not very friendly staff!

Park street subway station is only 5 minutes' walk from hotel. Location was only a short distance to new market and other tourist spots.

Nothing it was perfect.

Conveniently located near a subway station 🚇, the room was decent, impressive, and had a nice bathroom.

The service was good, the location was great, and the restaurant here offers excellent lunch and dinner options with tasty dishes.

The satff, although some were competent, were exceedingly friendly and helpful. The manager was appreciative of our many really rather serious grumbles and gave us a refund of one night's accommodation to atone for the failings of the hoteol, without quibble.

It was undergoing extensive renovations; the fridge did not work; the water for the shower was cold; the room was very small; there was no western option for breakfast (unique in my extensive travels in the East) and the first morning the waiter had to be given lessons by us on how to make tea with hot water, and toast with whole slices of bread which were nowhere to be seen ... Not good at all, and very expensive for what was on offer. But the manager saw that all this was true, and gave the third night as a complimentary one. I have to wait until I see my bank statement in the uk, as he would not refund cash.

The hotel is centrally located, just a short walk from Park Street Metro. the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing great guidance. Breakfast is satisfying, with a variety of wholesome options to please all guests.

This is my second visit to this hotel. The reason is the location. Compared to the former visit, the lobby area and the restaurant has been remodeled.It looks brighter and nicer. Free WiFi is available only at the lobby area but the speed is fast and the condition is stable. It is importanat point for the business trip.

The breakfast had a variety of delicious food and the double room with a bathtub was comfortable.

The accommodation here was impressive, neat, had a bath, coffee/tea makers, a flat-screen TV, and a study table which were a nice addition.

The place was fairly clean with free parking and a comfortable bed. the room was beautifully maintained and neat, with a private bathroom, coffee & tea makers, and a refrigerator. Satisfactory breakfast with wholesome options. the staff were consistently courteous.
